A focused executive session for healthcare leaders seeking operational guidance, structured problem-solving, or senior-level perspective on a defined management issue.
- The session should focus on one or two defined issues.
- Substantial advance document review is not included.
- Written analysis and continuing work require a separate scope.
- Payment is required before the meeting is confirmed.

The scheduling partner collects a short intake so the session is productive. You’ll typically be asked for:
- Name
- Organization
- Position
- Organization website
- Organization type
- Brief description of the issue
- Desired outcome
- How you heard about Aava
