Dr. Rayan Aava brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across hospitals, behavioral healthcare, substance-use treatment, outpatient and multi-site services, startups, turnarounds, and financial restructuring. He founded Aava to give healthcare owners and organizations an operating partner prepared to assume responsibility for implementation, performance, and sustained improvement.
Adele Aava works alongside the Founder and CEO on strategy, client engagement, internal coordination, and operational execution. Before joining Aava, she founded and grew Bastenagar Music Institute from one location to two, leading administration, staffing, scheduling, program development, and service delivery. Her entrepreneurial and cross-cultural background informs her disciplined, relationship-centered approach to execution.
Leilani Tinitali brings hands-on behavioral-health operations experience across detoxification, residential treatment, sober living, and recovery-oriented services. Her work includes multi-site operations, staffing, scheduling, policies and procedures, Kipu implementation, documentation quality, licensing and fire-inspection readiness, and Joint Commission accreditation preparation. She is known for direct, supportive leadership and practical execution.
Megan Barab serves as Manager, Financial Operations & Internal Controls at Aava Healthcare Management Group, where she supports financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audit readiness, and the development of financial infrastructure for corporate and client engagements. She brings more than a decade of accounting and financial operations experience across manufacturing, public accounting, professional services, property management, and municipal environments.
