Consultation and Cancellation Terms
These terms govern scheduling, payment, cancellation, and scope for Aava Healthcare Management Group consultations booked through this website.
These terms form an agreement between you and Aava Healthcare Management Group Inc. (“Aava”), which publicly uses the shortened name Aava Healthcare Management Group. They govern consultations booked through this website.
1. Booking and payment
The Complimentary Fit Call is a free scheduled conversation. The Executive Advisory Session requires payment at the time of booking. Scheduling and payment are completed through our external scheduling and payment partners; Aava Healthcare Management Group Inc. is the merchant of record for paid sessions, and Aava does not collect or store complete card information through this website.
2. Meeting confirmation
A paid session is confirmed only after payment is completed successfully. If payment is not completed, the session is not reserved. You will receive scheduling details and a video-conferencing link from the scheduling partner once the booking is confirmed.
3. Rescheduling
A scheduled session may be rescheduled once without charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations of a paid session made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of the session fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments (no-shows), are generally non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are administered through the connected payment account — not by the scheduling provider — and may take several business days to appear.
5. Scope of the session
An Executive Advisory Session is a focused, time-boxed conversation intended to address one or two defined management issues. It is a discussion and guidance session, not a deliverable engagement.
6. What is not included
Substantial advance document review is not included in the session. Written analysis, formal recommendations, deliverables, and any continuing work are outside the scope of a scheduled session and require a separate written scope and agreement. Project work, department management, and enterprise management are custom-scoped mandates arranged separately.
7. No protected health information
Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, medical records, or other sensitive clinical data through the website, the scheduling form, or during a session. These channels are not intended for and are not configured to receive protected health information.
8. No guaranteed outcome
Consultations provide management perspective and operating guidance. Aava does not guarantee any specific operational, financial, regulatory, or transaction result, and nothing discussed in a session constitutes medical, psychological, legal, investment, or tax advice.
